My First Custom Dolly

My latest addition (and first custom!) arrived recently and I hadn’t introduced her yet here. According to her previous owner (kittenvomit), the base is a Saffy Encore RBL and the face-up was done by Friends with Blythe. Her hair is a white mohair (with pink streaks down in Manic Panic) reroot done by Maya (kittenvomit).

Hang on a sec, Manic Panic on her roots?! This is possible?! I need me some mohair!

Yup! Manic Panic! It works on human hair, which is a natural fibre. And mohair is one too… I suspect it would wash out if I rinsed it out really well, but for now I’m loving the pink!

By roots I mean tips 😛

I love her very much. I got my first Blythe (at the age of 53) only a few short months ago. I got her from a local place on-line called used Victoria. I was thrilled. She is the ol’ Tweedly Do SBL I love her. I would love to be brave enough to customize her but not myself that’s for sure. This is expensive to do yes?? I love the white Mohair!! She looks adorable, you are sooo lucky.
