Question of the Week: Underthings

BlytheLife is getting a little saucy this week with a question about your doll’s underthings.

Older (but not vintage) releases of Blythes came with matching undies and bra sets, some of them were even very impressive and resembled lingerie (Rouge Noir, I’m looking at you!). Most dolls now come with plain white undies that are simple, let very boring. So this week’s question is…

What do your dolls wear? Do you have them wear stock undies? Or perhaps you buy up the older release undies for them? Or perhaps they go commando?

All of my dolls wear stock undies except for Belarus (Love Mission). Her stock ones were red and were original on her over protective plastic (her entire box outfit was red, red, red) and because I don’t feel like having her semi-permanently stained with a reddish rash, she goes without.

I only have two girls, one came with those plain white undies and the other (a Primadolly Aubrey Encore) without. So, I had to make them some, but because I don’t have much patience to make underwear, I just made some plain white underpants, some red gingham underpants and burgundy satin shorts (so far…).

Whenever they’re not wearing trousers or tights, they wear underpants! But sometimes they also go bare, my girls aren’t prudes 😉

Currently they are wearing their stock undies. None of them came with red ones like Rouge Noir though! The cutest ones were on MWS and CapChat. Sometimes they go without if they are wearing pants or tights, but they always wear them underneath dresses. 🙂

I had three that came wearing white, and three that came commando! Eek! I dug up some barbie undies for them and then got a cute pair from DollybirdBlythe that my lovely Cassie sports. 🙂
