QOTW: What’s your favourite face mold?

This question is really akin to asking you who your favourite doll is, because let’s face it – unless you’re particular in your purchasing goals, chances are you have dolls of various mold types.
Bennett (Margaret Meets Ladybug) is an EBL.
My current favourite, and this is very likely because Lottie’s the newest, is BL. I love Mondrian and I’m really happy that I have one in my life right now – I so “get” the fascination with the dolls that come naturally matte and boggled. Just love her so much. I am not going to say that my favourite is Kenner because that’s kind of unfair, but let’s consider the post-Kenner face molds: BL, EBL, SBL, RBL, FBL, RBL+, and ADG. What’s your favourite face mold?
Eden Mouse (Punkaholic People) is an RBL.
I’d have to say (quite honestly), that I’m really torn between EBL and RBL. There’s just a sullenness with EBLs that none of the other Blythes have, and then RBLs are just very sweet and have been such a huge constant in the Blythe community since they came into play.
What’s your favourite face mold?
EBL, BL, and RBL are my favourites. I’m not familiar with the ADG face. I don’t really warm to SBLs for some reason, and FBLs are just kinda …bland? When I compare RBL with RBL+ I prefer RBL – but only slightly! It’s all pretty subtle, it took quite a while for me to even see the differences between the faces. I would never say no to a Blythe just because of her face! All Blythes are cute and special!

You know I have to voice my love for FBLs. I wish there were more!
I like RBL+ quite well just based off the one RBL+ I have, but I notice a difference between her and my other gaggle of RBLs and I’m interested in adding another RBL+ girl to my family someday.
SBL or FBL, the two unpopular choices I geuss, my CO just looks so stunning and FBLs are just so cute, but who knows I am getting my first EBL today!
I love the sadness of EBL’s but I think my favorite is SBL’s. I like their smaller eyeholes and they seem to have a more mature face.
My favorite are FBLs and BLs! I currently own two FBLs, and hope to one day add a BL to my collection
I’m not picky about the face molds because I just love the dollies for who they are: big eyed wonders of happiness.
RBLs all the way 🙂 I love how big and expressive their eyes are. And they look remarkably like Kenners, right? At least, that’s always been my perception. You know… that they’re going back to basics and back to the original Blythe design.
I love the BLs and RBL+. I haven’t seen an RBL to compare to the RBL+

I haven’t seen enough dolls in person to compare face molds, but I love my girls regardless of which mold they have.
SBLs 4eva! My first Blythe was a Prima Dolly Ashlette, followed by a Mademoiselle Rosebud, and I think because I had them first, they look best to me.
