What Blythe doesn’t need a pair of matching (or mismatching, as the case may be) legwarmers? Whether she’s trying to keep warm in the cold, or she’s becoming a yoga queen, a doll can always use a nice pair of legwarmers. And what better way to get a pair than to bug her owner to knit some?

Note: these are sized for (Neo) Blythes, not Middies or Petites.

Materials Needed:

  • 2.75mm needles (circular or DPNs) or to get gauge
  • Small amount of fingering/sock yarn
  • Yarn needle

Gauge: 1″ row = 10 stitches in stockinette

Knitting in the round:
Cast on 12 stitches
Rows 1-3: *k1p1*
Rows 4-11: k all stitches
Rows 12-14: *k1p1*
Cast-off
Tuck in ends

Knitting flat, seaming up the side:
Cast on 14 stitches
Row 1: *k1p1*
Row 2: *p1k1*
Row 3: *k1p1*
Rows 4-11: k all even rows, p all odd rows
Row 12: *k1p1*

Tuck in ends
