QOTW: Your preferred travel companion?

One of my favourite doll companions for taking along with me when I go for hikes or car rides is surprisingly not a Blythe doll. It’s not even a Middie or a Petite. Who is it, you ask? My Petworks Usaggie, Kanin:
This is possibly because there’s no hair for me to worry about, and the fact that he consistently wears the same thing all the time so there’s no outfit changes necessary. If I am bringing a doll of the Blythe variety along, I tend to gravitate towards Eden Mouse (because I love her). Lately, I have also been gravitating towards one of the fraternal twins (Mollie & Moxie). Their bright hair colours are just so cheerful!
Who is your preferred travel companion?

My preferred travel companion is a little girl amigurumi that was my first attempt at crocheting dolls. She is special to me because she was at my grandma’s bedside when she got seriously ill. After my dear grandma passed away, I felt that a part of her still lived in that little doll and now, whenever I travel, I take her with me. Besides, she makes the cutest and funniest photos 😀
I’m always afraid of breaking or losing my dolls. I have, however, just ordered a small Charles Stephan piggie that I intend to carry around with me. (I will buy a little velvet pouch so that it doesn’t get scratched or fade.)
I’m infatuated with all my Blythe girls, so I would have a hard time chosing which one to take along anyway.
If it were my Blythe, it would be my Disco Boogie, Micah. She’s my first born. 🙂
